飘云闪电打雷公
落狗淋猫湿裤筒
花伞雨衣齐亮相
惊闻地铁又瘫癃

落狗淋猫: raining cats and dogs.

Like beauty and the beast
tango in the sky
Tearing umbrellas
flooded canals sigh
Paralysed cars soaking at the roadside
Angry birds cried:
"Oh no  ~again
The MRT died"
